Stamp It Rich offers a wide variety of classes ranging from the basics to the newest techniques. While most of our classes are designed for everyone, a few do require prior stamping knowledge, but just the basics. On the full class description, classes that require basic stamping knowledge are indicated by an *. Classes must be pre-paid in advance to hold your spot. If you are interested in a class, please call us at (530) 344-0452 or email us at stampitrich@sbcglobal.net to begin the enrollment process. Please note that you will not receive a refund for the class without giving 48 hours notice. If you don't see a class that you are interested in, please let us know. We will arrange a special group or individual class upon request.

Any classes appropriate for both youth (age 11 & up) and adults are indicated with a "Y". All other classes are for adults only please.

Please bring your class kit whenever possible consisting of your favorite scissors, a craft knife and cutting mat, favorite adhesive, favorite paint brushes, colored pencils, 6" ruler, bone folder and any other favorites. Maybe an awl, extra cutting blades, leafing pens. Anything you like to use frequently.

ATC Collage-Tricks and Techniques

$60.00 includes all materials for class including a kit! You will need to bring your standard tools, (class kit), but all materials are provided in this full kit. Using easy to learn collage techniques and a few clever tricks, we will make a batch of ATC's to trade in class and samples to start a collection. Roberta Altshuler 6 hrs.

ATC Watercolor w/Maddy	$55.00 includes all materials for class. You will make and keep some great templates for your ATC's in this class as well as learn basic watercolor skills that you can incorporate in all your art projects. Bring your favorite ATC stamps if you want to trade some finished ones. Maddy 5 hrs with a break
Basic Stamping 101	$25.00 includes all materials for class. Discover how stamp art can unleash your artistic abilities. (Yes, you DO have some)! You will learn the basics of the craft and get an overview of inks and products. You will create some wonderful cards, and will be amazed at yourself. Guaranteed! Karen 2 hours
Black & White & Wow All Over	$25.00 includes all materials for class. You asked for it and Karen brings it to you. Always a classic look, always in style. You may get a small splash of color here and there. You will leave with at least 4 cards. Karen 2 hrs
Fun with Brush Lettering with Patti Peterson	$50.00 includes all materials for class. We are very lucky to have Patti teach this class. She has studies with Suzy Rato, teaches at the college level and says anyone can do this! Let your hair down and enjoy. Patti Petersen 4 hours
Christmas in August	$30.00 includes all materials for class, plus a new Christmas Stamp for you to keep. We love these classes that give us an excuse to enjoy a bit of Holiday Cheer and get a head start on those holiday cards. Linda 3 hours
Christmas in September	Same as Christmas in August, but using different stamps and techniques and it's with Karen for 3 hours!
"Copic" Alcohol Markers with Fran	$25.00 includes all materials for class. Fran will guide you through the use of these absolutely wonderful alcohol based markers. The colors are spectacular and the techniques so fun and easy. You will love the results! Fran 2 hours

"Dancing Rubber Fish" with Fred Mullet	$50.00 includes most everything needed for class. Fred Mullet returns for an encore of this great workshop. Expanding the methods of multi-color printing with multi-color embossing and watercolor additions, this class is geared toward the experienced student, though could be considered a "sink or swim" lesson for beginners. (There will also be a short demonstration on how to make colored transparent powders using alcohol inks). 3.5-4 hrs
Diva Purse	$55.00 includes all materials for class along with a generous supply of goodies to use on your projects. Kerry has mastered these techniques and loves to teach them. Spend the day with other "Diva's" and create a one of a kind purse. We will use collage/decoupage techniques to cover a wooden box. We will add embellishments, ephemera and lots of "bling". We'll construct a beaded handle and add some funky feet. Finally, we will learn how to line the inside with either fabric or paper. Bring large scraps of collage papers, photos, stickers, ephemera, game pieces (scrabble pieces work great for this) and any other "doo-dads" you would like. Everything else is provided. Bring a sack lunch and we will have a blast! Kerry 6 hours with a break
"Elegant Mess" with Fred Mullet	$50.00 includes all materials for class. Well-he's back! Fred Mullet is returning to offer his time, talent and great sense of humor! This is a new class for Fred. Fred says this class is a veritable food fight of a class. Where the spontaneous meets the specific. Where the positive meets the negative. And where leftovers go to play. We will fiddle around with the principles of figure/ground relationship as we integrate Ranger Color Wash Dyes and Luminarte H2O's, collage, stencils, and stamps on Oriental and watercolor paper with remarkable results. Suitable for small or large format work, this visual play time will add miles to artistic efforts! 3.5-4 hours. Call for supply list.
"FunDangle" Pendant Imprint Mokume Gane	$75.00 includes all materials for class. We are thrilled to have Julie Picarello giving a workshop at Stamp It Rich. Julie's work is beautiful and so wearable! Mokume Gane, which loosely translates to "wood-eye-metal", is a Japanese metalworking technique traditionally used to adorn samurai swords. In our workshop we will use an adaptation of this process to create a vibrantly colored and uniquely patterned polymer focal bead. During our action-packed six hours, we will focus on three main areas...tips for custom mixing colors, unusual tools and techniques for creating imprints, and the fun of adding simple metal accents to a design. We will also cover bead finishing-drilling, sanding and polishing. Each student will walk out of this class with one or more beautifully detailed focal beads ready for stringing.
One Page "Wonder Book"	$30.00 includes all materials (except your personal items) for this great class. These darling little books are made using one beautiful piece of 12x12 scrapbook paper! They have pockets for gift cards, frequent shopper cards, tags with special messages or even photographs. Use them for gifts or special keepsakes. You will leave with 3 different books that have three different bindings!!! Ginny 3 hours

Paper Making and Casting	$25.00 includes all materials for class. However, you may want to bring something special to incorporate into your paper, i.e., rose petals ferns, twigs, etc. We will make handmade paper and then do some paper casting using molds. We love this look au natural, or with some color added using chalks or pastels, keeping the look soft. Linda 2.5 hours
Paper Sculpting	$25.00 includes all materials for class. Ginny is back by request to offer this fun and easy class. This focus for this class is on layering and sculpting paper using water embossing techniques to achieve this eye popping look! Results are perfect for framing if you choose, or for use with your cards or scrapbook pages. 2.5 hours
Romancing the Mediums	$65.00 includes all materials for class including Design Originals new book on Altered Surfaces and a great kit from Golden with 6 product, your to use and keep. We will be exploring different mediums, glazes, gesso, etc. and how to use them, interchange them and incorporate them with your own supplies, to alter surfaces on books, cards and ATC's. If you have products that you don't know how to use, bring them. Roberta
"Spritz Me, Baby...Mo' Bettah!" with Fred Mullet	$50.00 includes all materials for class. Another Fred Mullet classic! Finding merit in the "less is more" concept and the power of imprecision, this class focuses on the soluble properties of markers and other water-based media to achieve watercolor effects using rubber stamps. Bleaching out imagery on black paper, then re-introducing color with high contrast accents is also tackled to achieve startling effects. 3.5 to 4 hours.
"Top Score Encore II!" Boxes and Envelopes	$25.00 includes all materials for class. We love this tool and apparently, so do you. This time we will focus on making boxes and envelopes. You need the top score and the enveloper to do this class. Karen 2 hours
Twill Bow Binding Book	$35.00 includes all materials for class. This is a classic stitch bound book, with signatures and bound with twill ribbon. A great class for classic book binding techniques. Ginny 5 hrs.
Twinkling H2O's with Bonnie	$35.00 includes all materials for class. Bonnie will guide you through three fun filled hours using this wonderful product in various ways. You will leave with a great book full of techniques, complete with examples of each technique. Bonnie Collins 3 hours
10 in 3-Crank 'em out	$35.00 includes all materials for class. We will crank out 10 cards in 3 hours. We will do 3 birthday cards, 3 thank you cards, 1 wedding, 1 sympathy, 1 get well and 1 congrats. Wow. Wear your running shoes, cause we are moving through this one. Linda 3 hours
